Creating New 5S® Users In Your DomainUpdated 2 months ago

Note: This article applies to native 5S® user accounts, not to tenant accounts where the tenant organization's directory integration is in place.

Your Domain is defined as the secure virtual (not limited by physical) area and perimeter of the campus network that is private to your tenancy. In commercial installations, this is specific to your company network assets.

There are two ways to set up new user accounts within your domain:

Option 1) Initiated by Domain Admin/Manager

As the Admin/Manager of your Domain, you initiate the new user account by logging into the EngineWorks Bozeman 5S® network portal, then clicking “Add a new user”.

Option 2) Requested by the new user

The requesting user submits their request for their own user account at the EngineWorks Bozeman 5S® network portal, then any of your Admin/Manager(s) approves the request.
