The following instructions show you how to log into the VoIP portal for the first time and change your password and voicemail PIN.

Step 1: Navigate to  https://opticwise.5060sip.com. We suggest bookmarking this page.

Step 2: Input Login Name and Password provided by OpticWise Support.

Step 3: Click your name and extension in the top-right corner and click Profile.

Step 4: In the Profile window, go to the Change Account Security section and input the password provided to you and input your new password.  You may need to scroll to the bottom to access this section.  Please keep in mind the password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and MUST contain at least one each of lower case, upper case and number.  No special characters, please.  If your name is misspelled, you may correct it here in the top portion of the Profile window.

Step 5: In the Change Voicemail PIN section, please enter 4 to 8 digits.  Once done, click SAVE.  You will then log out of the profile by clicking your name in the top-right and clicking Log Out.
